This is a Full Time Job
As a receptionist, you will greet all visitors to our offices, assist in coordinating all front desk activities, including taking calls, and bookings. you should combine a warming personality with the professional attributes to deal with or direct a visitor needs to a relevant member of staff. Our ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure and be comfortable in dealing quickly and efficiently with visitor's issues.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure front desk and reception area is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material
• Screen calls and provides assistance to Production Managers
• Manage labor coordination and calendar, pulling production orders, and handle complaints and specific visitor requests
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Troubleshoot emergencies quickly and effectively by involving correct members of staff
• Monitor inventory stock of office supplies and manage proper mail distribution
• Ensure the company's policies and security requirements are met.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Receptionist (desirable)
• Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. computers, scanners and printers)
• Good working knowledge and experience of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work under pressure Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to be prompt and on time daily
