Road Production Assistant

WWE is seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and travel-ready Production Assistant to join our TV Production Road Team. This position will directly assist in producing WWE's weekly LIVE television programming.

The WWE TV Road Crew is a division of WWE Media, responsible for execution of all aspects of TV production on the ground for WWE's weekly lineup of shows including RAW, SmackDown, NXT, Premium Live Events and more. The WWE TV Road Crew is a group of highly motivated and talented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high stress environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with WWE's Executive Producer and Director regarding the execution of all show related elements
• Collaborate with WWE's Creative Team and Producers on overall show direction
• Coordinate backstage crews for LIVE and pre-taped segments and vignettes
• Communicate with WWE's TV Network partners including USA, FOX, and Peacock
• Work closely with sponsors regarding all in-show integrations
• Coordinate rehearsals with Producers and Talent
• Work seamlessly with WWE's TV Studio and multiple departments regarding Promos, Packages, Graphics, Sponsor Integrations, Music, and other in-show related elements
• Interact professionally with WWE Superstars, On-Air Talent, and WWE Executives
• Field Produce Off-Site Shoots and Events with WWE Talent and Executives
• Keep current with WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands, and products
• Positions: Commercial AD, Tape AD, Graphics AD, Floor Manager, Stage Manager

Qualifications:

• Previous LIVE TV or production experience strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• This remote position will require extensive travel (100%)
• Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Highly attentive, calm under pressure and professional demeaner
• BA in Communications, Film and TV or related field of study
