TV Event Relations Coordinator is a unique role that was internally created by WWE. This position was designed to interface with a venue on seating, ticketing and operational levels to ensure we maintain the proper TV look of our show as well as working with the Live Events team on how we sell the show (holding or opening seats or sections). This position is a supporting role on this team.
Skills
• At least 1+ years in Television and/or Live Event entertainment touring experience
• Knowledge of arena and stadium operations
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Understanding of CAD – Drawing skills a plus
• High level of organizational skills
• Working understanding of Video, Audio and Pyrotechnics
Responsibilities
• Drafting on sale package for events and communicating to the arenas box office and operations team
• Production kills
• Holds
• Ring alignment – Center point
• Tracking and opening seating as sales increase
• Work closely with the Production team, designer and logistics team to ensure everything is aligned for Load In
• Being a liaison between the Tour and the Venue
• Handle the briefing and management of seat fillers at your assigned events
• Site surveys
You will work hand in hand with the Director of TV Event Relations and the VP of Production Logistics. This is truly and out of the box created position developed by us in the field for maintain the look and operations of WWE's Live Events. Average work week onsite / offsite and travel is 50 to 60 hours.
