Operations Coordinator

Remote, USThis is a Full Time Job
-Liaise with Head of Operations on all tasks
-Maintain the in-flux Operations Master To-do List and track progress on all items
-Monitor and assist with the tax credit for each film, including: compiling all film relevant documentation to be submitted to auditors and the state
-Administer GoDaddy and Microsoft email accounts for all employees
-Create corporate documents for each new film entity
-Compile and file film quarterly statements from various distributors
-Track and file film financing documents and all producer, cast, crew, and distribution agreements
-Gather and send legal documents to unions (SAG, DGA, WGA, IATSE) in pre-production for all films
-Assist with legal film delivery as needed, including: creating and tracking the paid ads statement, sending out film credit certificates to investors, creating main and end credits, and ordering copyright and title reports
-Set up film collection accounts (CAMAs) and residual accounts when applicable
-Interface with external lawyers, investors, distributors, unions, agents, managers, and filmmakers from development through release of all projects
-Send out calendar invites and Zoom links as needed
-Assist with tracking incoming and outgoing payments as needed
-Other various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-A High School Level education, or equivalent, and a bachelor's degree preferred
-Previous experience on an agency/management desk preferred
Key Skills:
-Possess a strong and timely work ethic; excellent organization skills and focused attention to detail
-Act as a self starter and a team player who excels in fast paced environments
-Tech Savvy: Microsoft suite proficiency, Canva or similar (for creating company and film decks), and previous experience using GoDaddy

$50,000.00 - 90,000.00 per year

Yale Productions is an independent feature film production company that produces and executive produces high-quality, innovative films at conservative budgets, maximizing the possibility of creative and commercial success.

In partnership with Jordan Yale Levine, Jordan Beckerman, and Jesse Korman of Yale Entertainment, Katie Holmes launched her new production label, Lafayette Pictures, in 2021. Lafayette Pictures is committed to Katie’s vision for films and television shows.
