Assistant to Head of Talent

Zero Gravity Management is a leading talent & literary management/production company that reps writers, directors, and actors in TV and Film. We have an opening for a full-time assistant position to our head of the talent department, to start as soon as possible. Looking for a professional who is organized, able to multi-task and has an immediate working knowledge of industry players (agents, producers, execs, etc.) Duties include scheduling, rolling calls, talent submissions, tracking, working with high-level talent, talent grid management, script reading and research, etc. One year prior entertainment/agency experience is essential. This position is great for someone who would like to become a Manager/Producer. This is an in-office role.
