Assistant to Two Talent Managers

Zero Gravity Management is a leading talent & literary management/production company that reps writers, directors and actors in TV and Film. We have an opening for a full time assistant position to two of our talent managers, to start as soon as possible. Looking for a professional who is organized, able to multi-task and has an immediate working knowledge of industry players (agents, producers, execs, etc.). One year prior entertainment/agency experience is essential. Duties include scheduling, rolling calls, submissions, tracking, working with high-level talent, script reading and research, etc. This position is great for someone who would like to become a Manager/Producer, and is an in-office role.
