Commission Olnly Sales - we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Representative to join our team and help take Zobe Magazine to the next level!
Position Overview:

In this role, you'll wear multiple hats-driving sales, executing marketing strategies, and developing new business opportunities. Commission-ONLY opportunity. Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Identify and engage potential advertisers to sell ad space on the Zobe Magazine blog, leveraging the rapid growth of the online platform.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Create compelling sales pitches and presentations that demonstrate the value of advertising on Zobe Magazine, using data and insights to support your proposals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth for Zobe Magazine.
• Get people to subscribe to Zobe Magazine and paying for our online magazine single print delivery or online magazine options.
• Get people to pay us for exposure of their content by placing their content within our platform, such as music artists wanting to get their interviews, blog post write-ups, or music videos on our platform.
Marketing:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative campaigns that promote Zobe Magazine to advertisers and readers alike.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and whitepapers, to support the sales process.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Zobe Magazine's presence in the magazine/blog market.
• Build partnerships with brands, agencies, and other media companies to enhance Zobe Magazine's offerings and reach.
• Represent Zobe Magazine at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, building relationships and promoting the blog.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform strategic business decisions and drive innovation.
• Help to develop partnerships with content creators, journalists, bloggers, stylists, photographers, and graphic designers.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development, preferably in the media, advertising, or journalism sectors.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for digital media, music, and entertainment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with magazine blogs, digital advertising, or similar is a plus.
