Talent Acquisition and Management
Identify, recruit, and onboard talented children for acting, modeling, and performance opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with child actors and their families to provide guidance and support throughout their careers.
Develop personalized career strategies tailored to each child's strengths, interests, and long-term goals.
Industry Networking
Establish and nurture relationships with casting directors, producers, agents, and other industry professionals.
Act as a liaison between talent and external stakeholders, including securing auditions and bookings.
Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities specifically geared toward young performers.
Contract Negotiation and Compliance
Negotiate contracts and ensure fair compensation and appropriate working conditions for young talent.
Monitor legal and regulatory compliance, including child labor laws and industry standards.
Oversee and guide the filing of work permits and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
Scheduling and Organization
Manage busy schedules, including auditions, rehearsals, bookings, and shoots.
Coordinate with parents/guardians and school officials to maintain a balance between work and education.
Career Development
Provide coaching and feedback to enhance talent's skills, confidence, and professionalism.
Arrange training, workshops, or classes in acting, singing, dancing, or other relevant disciplines.
Guide talent in building a professional portfolio, including headshots and showreels.
Brand and Image Building
Work with marketing teams to craft a positive public image for young talent.
Oversee social media presence and ensure all content aligns with the child's brand and age-appropriate guidelines.
Experience: Experience in talent management, casting, or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with children and families.
Knowledge: Familiarity with child labor laws and entertainment industry standards.
